Rhone Valley - Condrieu - White Wine -"Les Chaillées de l'Enfer" White 2022 is a symbolic cuvée from the Georges Vernay estate.
The colour of this magnificent white wine is pale. On the nose, it has a complex bouquet revealing fruity notes of peach and apricot. The palate is strong in minerality with a slight saline effect, fruity flavours of apricot, vine peach and exotic fruits. The finish leaves a light but elegant bitterness.
This Condrieu is made from 100% organic Viognier, grown in terraces on granite soil and is 40 years old. The wine is matured on fine lees in pieces for a few months.
The advice for 12 bottles : Serve chilled at 10°-12°C. A wine which will be perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
