AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, les Armières is a red wine from the Garance estate. The cuvée takes its name from the Languedoc, the Armières means "good fairies". A blend of 90% Carignan, 10% Syrah, the 2017 vintage is a superb wine from the appellation.
Tasting notes :
Dress: a beautiful, bright purple-red color.
Nose: reveals notes of ripe black and fresh red fruits and sweet spices
The palate: supple and smooth, with silky tannins, the wine has a perfect balance between acidity, fruit and substance
The advice of 12bouteilles: To serve between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, the Armières goes very well with a duck breast. Be sure to open it at least 2 hours before serving it in a carafe. To drink this year, it can be preserved until 2027.
