Languedoc - Coteaux du Languedoc - Red Wine -Produced in AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, les Armières is a red wine from the Garance estate. The cuvée takes its name from the Languedoc, the Armières means "good fairies".
Located in the heart of the Cévennes, the vineyard covers 8 hectares of varied soils, grown entirely in organic farming.
Assembled 90% Carignan, 10% Syrah, the 2013 vintage adorns a brilliant dress of purple color. The nose has ripe black fruit aromas and sweet spices and typicity. The mouth is supple and round, with a perfect balance between acidity, fruit and matter.
The advice of 12bouteilles: To serve between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, the Armières goes very well with a duck breast. Be sure to open it at least 2 hours before serving it in a carafe. To drink this year, it can be preserved until 2027.
