Color: very intense color with a deep and attractive red-violet shade.
Aroma: beautiful intensity and very seductive showing a great integration of oak in a complex bouquet of fruits and notes of violets.
Palate: in line with its aromas with good balance and a long finish. Excellent wine!
Vinification: 7 to 10 days at 28 ° C in stainless steel vats. Once the vats are full, the grapes undergo a maceration before the alcoholic fermentation begins. It takes between 30 and 40 days.
Aging: 100% in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting: Deep purple color with an amazing aromatic screen of toast, mineral aromas, coffee, black cherries and black raspberries. Elegant in the mouth, succulent black fruits, depth and serious concentration, this wine is quite fleshy.
