Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2023

White Wine -

This Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a magnificent white wine, 100% Sauvignon from New Zealand produced by Cloudy Bay. A real treat for your taste buds, it comes from vineyards planted in the Rapaura, Renwick and Brancott Valley sub-regions of the Wairau Valley. The region's warm, dry maritime climate and free-draining gravelly soils are perfect for sauvignon blanc.

Tasting notes:

The robe: pale yellow

The nose: vibrant, with notes of juicy citrus and lime, supported by a subtle nose of white nectarine and passion fruit

The palate: mouthwatering, with ripe vibrant passionfruit and citrus at the fore. These meld with tropical hints of peach and guava, gently balanced by stony saline notes

12Bouteilles' recommendation: Serve between 10 and 12°C, it is the perfect accompaniment to almost any seafood, as well as salads and goat's cheese.
