The name 'Te Wahi' comes from the Maori place. This name is known to be particularly suitable for the Pinot Noir grape variety. This wine has aromas of red fruits such as black cherries that are typical of Central Otago (wine growing region).
This Cloudy Bay Te Wahi 2018 vintage displays a complex soul of aromas.
The weather conditions allowed a perfect ripening of the fruits, giving soft and ripe tannins.
After 12 months of aging, in oak barrels, 30% of which are new, the wine has been stored for one year in the cellar before being marketed.
A wide and balanced panel that gives this very beautiful wine of the world!
