Cheval des Andes 2016

Mendoza - Red Wine -

Cheval des Andes is one of the greatest wine of Argentina.

Born from the encounter between the know-how of the prestigious Château Cheval Blanc, Premier Grand Cru Classé A of Saint-Emilion, and the Argentinean estate Terrazas de Los Andes, Cheval des Andes stands out for its high quality.

Blend of 69% Malbec, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit-Verdot, this 2016 vintage has a beautiful bright red color with deep purplish reflections. The first nose, of great aromatic complexity, expresses aromas of black plum, blackberry and cherry. The second nose reveals notes of anise and liquorice with subtle smoky fragrances. In the mouth, the attack is fresh and lively, the tannins are silky. A complex and perfectly balanced wine with a very persistent finish.

The advice of 12bouteilles: Cheval des Andes is the fruit of the meeting between two exceptional domains. A fine red wine with a unique style that offers excellent value for money. There is no hesitation to have, it is perfect! Spend this great wine in a carafe 2 hours, before serving it at a temperature of 16 ° C.
