This 2019 vintage will wait patiently in your cellar, but it is already an immense pleasure to taste.
To the eye, the color is intense red with purple reflections.
On the nose, red fruits emerge, raspberry, blackcurrant...
In the mouth, the attack is greedy, dense and concentrated fruits, associated with a good length with a lot of freshness. the finish is elegant with already accessible tannins.
Blend: 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
Ageing: 34% in new barrels for 12 months.
The advice of 12bouteilles: A Médoc vinified like a Cru Classé, a great value for money. Decant the bottle at least 3 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°C. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
