To the eye, the color is purple with violet highlights
On the nose, ripe black fruits emerge, blackcurrant, cherry, followed by toasty and licorice notes
On the palate, the attack is straightforward, well-fruited, associated with a beautiful length and freshness and great aromatic power.
Assemblage : 42% Merlot, 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
The 12bottle advice : If you like young, fruity, crisp wines, don't hesitate to enjoy this bottle right away. Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before serving, and serve chilled at around 18°c. It's the perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
