Château Larcis Ducasse 2013

Bordeaux - Saint-Émilion - Grand Cru - Red Wine -

The most solar of Saint-Émilion! No doubt its one of the most beautiful successes of the 2013 vintage, yet considered difficult in Bordeaux ... Here's what critics say about this Château Larcis Ducasse 2013.

Château Larcis Ducasse 2013 is adorned with a beautiful intense red color, the nose exhales aromas of red fruits and flowers, a beautiful length and an impressive scale. On the palate, we have here one of the gems of the vintage in Saint-Émilion, with firm and robust tannins but without harshness. A long and velvety finish underlines this success.

Since 2012, the Château has reached the rank of Premier Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion and it is well deserved as the wines are successful vintages after vintages. Its predominantly south-facing clay-limestone soil gives solar wines, complex and round.

The advice of 12bouteilles: do not hesitate to open this bottle 1 hour before the tasting. This is one of our favorites of the vintage, it will sublimate a stuffed poultry or a stew of veal!
