Château Duhart-Milon 2018

4eme Cru Classé de Pauillac the great wine of Château Duhart-Milon is often described as a model of the Pauillac appellation. The appreciation of the broker Guillaume Lawton, as early as 1815, illustrates this well.
"It is very firm, with good colour and fairly pronounced sap."
Tasting notes :
Colour : Beautiful intense and dark burgundy red colour.
Nose : Reveals aromas of spices and fresh fruit.
The palate: Fruity, with fresh tannins, for a long and round finish with notes of graphite, definitely a Pauillac.
Wine suggestion for 12 bottles: A wine for laying down, accompany it with a fillet of beef with foie gras or a pan-fried porcini mushrooms.
