Tasting notes of the 2020 vintage:
The dress: is adorned with a beautiful intense cherry red color, with violet reflections giving a very bright and lively wine.
Nose: an elegant nose, with fresh and original aromas of ripe black fruits, sweet spices and fine toasted notes.
The palate: a very balanced and easy to drink wine, with round tannins and a long and very pleasant finish.
Protos 27 is a tribute to the 11 visionaries who founded Bodegas Protos in 1927. It is a wine where years of improved winemaking techniques and winery research blend together to form a beautiful orchestra of wood and fruit that embodies not only their history, but their vision.
