Cadillac is an appellation of sweet wine located in Entre-Deux-Mers south of Bordeaux. Previously, the wines of this region belonged to the appellation Premières Côtes de Bordeaux. It was in 1973 that Cadillac became a proper name. It now has an area of 128 hectares of vineyards. Cadillac wines have aromas such as apricot, citrus, vanilla and honey. They are lively and fresh wines.
