A one-of-a-kind estate in the heart of Bordeaux’s right bank

Nestled at the confluence of Bordeaux's Right Bank and the Entre-deux-Mers region, Château Reignac stands out as a benchmark in the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation. Its 80-hectare vineyard benefits from a rare combination of clay-limestone and gravel soils that give the wines remarkable complexity, structure, and elegance. Founded in the 16th century and enhanced in the 19th century by Gustave Eiffel with the addition of a grand courtyard and greenhouse, the estate blends historical charm with technical innovation. Today, under the direction of Yves and Stéphanie Vatelot and the guidance of internationally acclaimed oenologist Michel Rolland, Château Reignac is committed to precision winemaking and sustainability.

The vineyard is planted with 75% Merlot, which brings lush fruit and suppleness, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and longevity. This balance results in full-bodied, age-worthy wines with finesse and personality.
