Tommasi : Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2017

Vénétie - Red Wine -

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2017 is a sublime Italian red wine, produced in the province of Verona by the Tomassi estate. Made from a blend of 50% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella and 5% Oseleta, it is crafted from the prestigious La Groletta and Conca d'Oro crus in the hilly Valpolicella Classica area.

Tasting notes:

The robe: intense ruby red

The nose: aromas of ripe cherry, black cherry, wild berries and fresh, slightly spicy notes

The palate: well-balanced acidity and tannins. The finish is persistent with notes of red fruit

The suggestion of 12Bouteilles: To be served at 18°C, this wine can be enjoyed on its own and goes perfectly with game, red meats and mature cheeses.
