Paul Jaboulet Ainé - Côte Rôtie, Les Jumelles 2013

Rhone Valley - Côte-Rôtie - Red Wine -

Elaborated by the Paul Jaboulet Aîné house, a must in the Rhone Valley, the 2013 Jumelles is a great wine from the Côte Rôtie appellation, one of the oldest vineyards in France.

The legend says that the Lord of Monrignon shared his property between his two daughters, one blonde, the other brown, hence the names given to the Côte Brune and Côte Blonde wines.

Les Jumelles is a 100% Shiraz red wine from 15 to 40 years old vines.

This Côte Rôtie offers a beautiful aromatic palette of Shiraz, peppered scents, cedar and red berries accompanied by floral notes of rose petals and potpourri. A wine of great finesse.

The advice of 12bouteilles: to taste now or in the next 10 years, this roast rib is served between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, we advise you to accompany it with a crisp red mullet with olives for a perfect match .
