This wine is a 100% Pinot Noir single-varietal, the grapes are hand-sorted and destemmed. Subtle, spicy and chic, this 2022 signature Sancerre offers delicate aromas of red fruits, cherry and blackcurrant as well as an elegant aftertaste with hints of spices.
Appearance: Cherry red and ruby

The origin of the different terroirs (limestones, clays and flint), 100% indigenous yeasts and slow fermentations bring a unique finesse and minerality. Sancerre is extremely pure, refined with immense subtlety. The texture of the wines presents liveliness and extremely integrated fruit.

Pascal Jolivet's estate covers 95 hectares between Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. Cold maceration lasts 10 days. The fermentation lasts 12 to 15 days. Each soil is vinified separately in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
