The colour is pale with light green highlights
The nose is mineral with notes of citrus and exotic fruit
On the palate, the wine is fruity, dry with a nice salinity and lots of complexity.
This Pouilly Fumé is grown on a flinty terroir that gives it structure in the commune of Tracy sur Loire, on the western slopes overlooking the Loire.
The impressive complexity and the incredibly long finish are the two characteristics of this 100% Sauvignon Blanc that we remember after tasting it!
It is a small production of around 1500 bottles per year, a rare wine that you may keep for 20 years
12bouteilles advice: To be enjoyed now, this great wine is to be served chilled, at about 10°C. It will marry perfectly with matures cheeses and sweetbreads.
