Château de Beaucastel 2014
Rhone Valley - Châteauneuf-du-Pape - Red Wine -Château de Beaucastel has about 110 hectares in one piece north of the appellation. The 2014 vintage is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Counoise, Syrah.
Aged in oak barrels for 1 year, Château de Beaucastel 2014 is a dark wine, rich and balanced and fruity. The tannins are fine and silky, with a lot of volume.
The advice of 12bouteilles: open and decant this Beaucastel Castle before tasting it. It will be perfect to accompany a roast game.
