Domaine Milan : La Carrée 2020
Provence - Vin de France - White Wine -La Carrée 2020 is a great organic white wine produced by Domaine Milan. It comes from a 40-acre parcel of 100% Roussanne vines planted in 1991 at 4,000 vines/ha on silty-clay soil with a subsoil of blue marl. Fermentation is sulfite-free, in barrels with indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grape skins. Ageing lasts 12 months in barrels (40% new, 60% old).

The robe: yellow with golden highlights
The nose: complex, with aromas of bitter orange, exotic fruit and mint
The palate: roundness, power and a long finish
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve chilled at around 10-12°C. It's also a perfect accompaniment to fish or oriental cuisine with mild spices.
Domaine Milan is a genuine family nugget located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Provence. With its 15 hectares of vineyards, the estate flourishes in an exceptional terroir, characterized by soils of blue marl on limestone scree, giving its organic and natural wines a rare quality.
