Languedoc - IGP Pays d'Oc - Red Wine -Altre Cami...another path... another vision. This project was born out of a desire to showcase the finest plots of land in Roussillon and to express the Catalan terroirs.
This Grenache Noir in the 2021 vintage has a lovely freshness. Definitely a great wine full of delicacy and complexity.
The colour is an intense ruby red with garnet highlights.
The nose reveals elegant notes of ripe black fruit and fresh red fruit, cherries, raspberry, then hints of spice.
The palate is soft and light, dominated by fruity, gourmet flavours, with hints of minerality and smoke adding freshness and highlighting the fine, soft, perfectly integrated tannins.
The wine is well-balanced, persistent and has superb length with distinction..
The blend for the 2021 vintage is 100% Grenache.
Vinification without sulphites in concrete vats.
Matured for 9 months before bottling.
The expression of Grenache Noir in Catalan soil. A singular terroir...in a class of its own...which gives this grape variety a complex expression....
