A reference in Crozes-Hermitage, it is one of the great wines of the Northern Rhône Valley. This wine is marked by its depth, the extent of its matter and the finesse of its structure. From a plot of old vines in the south of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, on a clay-limestone plateau with rolled pebbles, this 100% Syrah is aged for 12 months in Burgundy barrels (nine to three years old). It undergoes 12 months of extended ageing in bottles.
