Burgundy - Haute Côte de Beaune - Red Wine -In the 2021 vintage, rigorous selection right from the harvest has produced top-quality wines from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, characterised by exceptional balance.
The aromatic bouquet is generous, subtly blending delicate floral notes such as lime blossom and acacia with intense fruity aromas of pear, peach, ripe citrus fruit and preserved lemons. On the palate, a lively freshness predominates, creating a perfect harmony between roundness and structure, right through to a precise, elegantly taut finish.

Colour: A sublime deep, intense red.
Nose: On the nose, the wines' aromatic palette is woven with nuances of stone fruit, accents of cedar and hints of undergrowth. Pinot Noir enchants with its seductive nose of red fruit, delicately spiced, offering a unique taste experience.
Palate: On the palate, the expression of red and black fruit is particularly remarkable, underpinned by fine acidity. Round and juicy on the palate, this wine is the perfect blend of deliciousness and freshness. This wine perfectly embodies the traditional idea of an excellent Burgundy: extremely pleasant and refined.
This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and bears the Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellation, guaranteeing its origin and quality. This wine is the fruit of the elegant fusion of two parcels located in Nantoux: En Bignon and Le Clou. The complexity of our plots is naturally reflected in our wine, fully revealing the potential of the Hautes-Côtes and the influence of altitude, to which this cuvée owes its name.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimum moment of ripeness, then vinified with gentle extraction, including a small quantity of whole grapes, in wooden tuns. The wine is then matured for an average of 12 months, including 15% in new barrels.
The advice 12bouteilles: This wine goes perfectly with dishes such as a butcher's cut, a vegetarian tajine, or cow's milk cheeses, and can be cellared for 5 to 8 years.
