This cuvée is a blend of Chardonnays from the fine terroirs of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Mesnil sur Oger, Chouilly) aged in stainless steel vats in order to keep them very fresh.
The Blanc de Blancs 2018 Deutz has a dress with golden reflections. Its bubbles are fine and regular.
On the nose, it is a cuvée that opens with notes of white flowers and then evolves with warming towards notes of yellow fruits.
On the palate, the Blanc de Blancs 2018 Deutz begins with a frank and mineral attack. It is a cuvée with a delicate texture, which reveals aromas of honeysuckle and white peaches, as well as lovely citrus notes.
The finish is elegant, subtle, with lovely aromatic persistence.
