The Brut Rosé from Deutz is composed mainly of Pinots Noirs (80%) from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley and Chardonnay (20%).
The style and the color of the Rosé brut is obtained thanks to the contribution of red wines coming from a plot of old vines from the Aÿ coast, and from a plot called "Meurtet".
The wine thus produced is aged 3 years in the cellars before marketing.
The aromas are perfectly melted and the Brut Rosé presents a nose of great subtlety and a mouth of remarkable power.
The Brut Rosé from the house of Deutz has a shimmering pink robe and an amazing luminosity.
The dress is enhanced by a dense and lively effervescence.
Its nose is very expressive, revealing all the power of Pinot Noir picked at the peak of its maturity. There are aromas of red berries and berries in brandy, as well as a brioche touch with some mineral notes.
Its mouth is full, voluptuous and harmonious, where the power carries a fruity register.
We note the remarkable final flavor of a delicacy evoking the pleasures of summer.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Silky, perfectly balanced, it is the perfect Champagne for your aperitifs and your fish. To serve Fresh on all occasions, essential.
