This 100% Viognier is made from a plot selection from a south-facing plot "Clos Boucher". This wine is only made in excellent years. Its production is voluntarily limited to 6,500 to 7,000 bottles (75 cl) per year.

The robe: pale gold with golden reflections
The nose: aromas of exotic fruits and candied peaches
The palate: this wine, extremely concentrated, explodes with powerful and massive aromas. Its unctuous texture is supported by a discreet woodiness which brings an additional dimension and adds to its distinctive character
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve between 10 and 12°C, this wine will perfectly accompany asparagus, steamed fish with a butter sauce or lemon chicken.
