Château Sociando Mallet 2019

Bordeaux - Haut Médoc -

In this 2019 vintage, Sociando Mallet is a full-bodied wine that should wait to be tasted. Traditionally Sciando Mallet produces wines for long aging, this 2019 vintage is one of them.
"Neither classified nor Bourgeois" in the words of Jean Gautreau, this is a great vintage that can stay in your cellar for many years... if you know how to wait!

To the eye, the color is purple with purple reflections
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrant, cherry, then woody and vanilla notes.
On the palate, the attack is frank, typical Médoc, associated with a good length and freshness. The wine is long, full with ripe tannins.

This great Haut Médoc Appellation wine will delight lovers of charming Médoc wines. A beautiful bottle that will be enjoyed today and for many years to come.

Blend: 55% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc.

The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant the bottle for at least 2 hours, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go perfectly with your red meats, your cheeses, why not a well seasoned Italian Beef tartare.
