Maturing for the 2020 vintage was 12 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which were new.

The 12bouteilles advice : a white wine for laying down that will age magnificently. If you want to taste the bottle, we recommend decanting it an hour before serving at around 12°. This wine will go wonderfully with white fish, turbot for example, and cheese.
