Alain Brumont describes his wine as "the best terroirs of the vineyard and the best that Tannat can give"
Sixteen months of 100% aging in French oak barrels gives the wine great aging potential.
The blend is a 100% Tannat single varietal.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Delicious to drink, take care to decant it. It gradually acquires its mature characteristics while retaining its fruit. Be sure to decant it absolutely, before serving it between 16°C and 18°C. This red goes wonderfully with duck, game and red meats.
