Château Ormes de Pez 2019

Bordeaux - Saint-Estèphe - Cru Bourgeois - Red Wine -

The 2019 vintage of Château les Ormes de Pez is a wine full of finesse, with a nice balance between the fruits and already melted tannins.
It is a wine to keep in your cellar for many years but which will charm those who like young Saint Estèphe wines.
To the eye, the color is purple with purple reflections
On the nose, ripe black fruits emerge, blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, then toasted and liquorice notes.
On the palate, the attack is frank, very fruity, associated with a good length and freshness.

Blend: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot

The advice of 12bouteilles: If you like young, fruity and crunchy wines, do not hesitate to taste this bottle without delay. Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°C. It will go wonderfully with your red meats and cheeses.
