Château d'Esclans : Déesse Diane Rouge 2013
Déesse Diane Rouge 2013 is a greedy and harmonious wine from the Château d'Esclans of AOC Côtes de Provence. The grapes used for the production of the cuvée come from the vineyards of the castle, composed of Syrah and Mourvèdre.
The harvest takes place from dawn to noon and the grains are sorted by hand three times. The mixture then macerates for 3 to 4 weeks in thermo-regulated frustoconical cement vats. The breeding lasts for 10 to 12 months in new French oak barrels.
This excellent wine offers aromas of red and black fruits and beautiful spicy notes. Rich, fresh, elegant, modern, it is a beautiful red provence wine with finely extracted fruit and melted tannins.
The advice of 12bouteilles: This delicious red will delight you with a platter of cold meats or cheese, it will be perfect to accompany braised meat on the barbecue this summer. Serve around 16-18 ° C.
