Château Chasse Spleen 2017 is a success in Moulis, the wine is charming and already ready to drink. It presents a beautiful freshness with present but supple tannins from very successful Cabernets in this vintage.
Château Chasse-Spleen 2017 has a nice length, its aging potential will allow it to wait in your cellar for good years.
James Suckling in 2018 rated the wine 89-90, here is his tasting comment
"A tightly rolled, layered Chasse-Spleen showing lots of red fruit wrapped in firm but round tannins and carried by nice acidity to a delicately mellow finish."
The suggestion for 12Bottles: This Château Chasse Spleen 2017 is already a good drinking wine. To be served at around 16°, it will be perfect as an aperitif accompanied by a platter of fine charcuterie, it will certainly delight all your guests.
