The 2018 vintage is made from 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. It has a ruby red color.
Its nose is a bouquet of red fruit aromas, spicy and vanilla notes.
On the palate, the attack is frank, with enveloped tannins, for a lingering finish.
The suggestion for 12Bottles: This Château Chasse Spleen 2018 has great ageing potential, its peak is between 2025 and 2045. To be served at around 16°, it will be perfect as an aperitif accompanied by a platter of fine charcuterie, it will certainly delight all your guests.
