The wine is long, the aromas of red fruits line the mouth, the tannins still present are very supple and bring elegance to this bottle.
Blend: 50% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Cabernet Francs
The advice of 12bouteilles: Keep in your cellar but if you come to open this magnificent bottle, decant it for at least 2 hours, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go perfectly with your meats and firm cheeses.
