The dress: ruby red with tiled reflections
The nose: red and black fruit (plum, blueberry), notes of liquorice and chocolate
The palate: full-bodied with a nice balance between fruity and roasting notes, supported by a beautiful tannic structure
The advice of 12bouteilles: Drink now and over the next 5/7 years. Serve it chilled at 16-18 ° C and open it at least one hour before tasting. This wine goes well with all Spanish dishes: hams, cheeses, tapas!
