Elaborated from selected plots (PS, Pagos Seleccionados), the vines are on average 30 to 90 years old and present a beautiful maturation, an exceptional concentration and a nice balance.
The Aalto PS is a great aging wine that can be tasted now, however it is even better after a few years in the cellar, nobler and more complex.
This 2015 vintage adorns an intense cherry color with bright reflections. Its nose releases fruity aromas accompanied by light notes of toast, licorice and oak. On the palate, the attack is intense and tannic. The aromas are fine and silky, of a beautiful elegance, with fruity and varietal flavors with notes of plums, spices and coffee.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve between 16 ° and 18 ° C with red meat or game. Make sure to open it at least 1h before the service.
