Bordeaux - White Bordeaux - 2nd Wine - White Wine -This Petit Cheval 2020 white, is a great white wine produced by the famous Château Cheval Blanc. This appellation Bordeaux Blancs sec is a blend of a mosaic of 13 parcels where 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon are perfectly blended.

Tasting notes:
The robe: clear, limpid, brilliant, with a beautiful yellow-green reflection
The nose: fresh, dominated by citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), with aeration, floral notes take over (lime, lilac, white flowers). The arrival of Semillon in the blend opens a new aromatic register, made of white fruits (peach, pear), and a delicate note of acacia honey and beeswax.
The palate: the fresh and precise attack continues in the middle of the mouth with an impressive amplitude and volume. The balance between fat and acidity brings a great depth to the mouth, and the endless finish is slightly enhanced by a pleasant salivating bitterness.
The advice of 12Bouteilles: Serve chilled between 10°C and 12°C, it will perfectly accompany white meat or seafood.
For more than 10 years, Château Cheval Blanc has been challenging itself to produce a great white wine on this small vineyard of 6.6 hectares nested in the plot of the 1st Grand Cru Classé. A proper white version of the Cheval Blanc identity, this wine is a blend of some 13 different parcels, on sandy and clay soils.
