The harvest for this exceptional cuvée is kept for a minimum of 5 years in the cellar before being marketed.

This Cuvée Tzarina from the Tsarine house presents fine and delicate bubbles, the brilliant gold color of this cuvée reveals some emerald reflections, the nose is rich and offers a strong intensity around notes of candied oranges, roasted apples slightly honeyed with some touches of spices and dried fruits. The ample and greedy mouth is structured around aromas of apricot, lemon to end on a long and generous finish with a beautiful minerality.
This Tzarina cuvée is precise, rich, of a great pace with a good aging potential.
