Champagne Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is the symbol of the Maison since 1772. Perfect balance between power and finesse, its complexity is due to the predominant presence of Pinot Noir and Reserve wines. It is a reflection of our superb vineyards and the continuity of the style of the House.
The Cuvée Yellow Label Dress is golden yellow, the bubble is fine, the wines are fruity, with lovely vanilla notes and a toasty finish.
From an assemblage of about fifty to sixty different crus, the traditional structure of the Brut Carte Jaune vintage is as follows: 50 to 55% of Pinot Noir, 15 to 20% of Meunier, 28 to 33% of Chardonnay. The Chef de Caves must ensure from year to year a perfectly constant flavor to restore all the character of the Yellow Card as well as its quality, its color and its inimitable aroma
The blend includes a particularly high percentage of reserve wines from several crops (five to six on average): 25 to 35%, sometimes up to 40% to ensure the sustainability of the House style. These reserve wines, the oldest of which are up to nine years old, are kept individually, respecting the origin of the wines and years.
The 12bouteilles tips: A perfect aperitif Champagne, ideal to accompany raw fish, smoked salmon and blinis. He will be perfect to offer since each bottle is delivered with its individual box.
