Hand-harvested grapes with meticulous sorting. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with controlled macerations aimed at extracting fine aromas and tannins. Aged in high-quality French oak barrels with a measured portion of new oak to add aromatic complexity and structure without overpowering the fruit.
Perfect with grilled or roasted red meats, beef fillet, rack of lamb, rich stews, game or aged cheeses. Serve at 60–64 °F (16–18 °C). Decant for 1–2 hours to fully release its aromatic profile.
