Appearance: bright pale yellow with green highlights.
Nose: clean, expressive and elegant, offering citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), pear, white peach and white flowers, complemented by delicate mineral hints and subtle vanilla from oak aging.
Palate: broad, fresh and perfectly balanced. The attack is lively and pure, followed by a silky mid-palate supported by crisp acidity. The finish is long, saline and persistent with refined aromatic complexity.

Grapes for Terrazas de Los Andes Chardonnay 2024 are sourced from carefully selected vineyards in Mendoza, benefiting from well-drained soils, moderate altitude and significant diurnal temperature variation. These conditions promote optimal ripeness while preserving natural freshness and aromatic intensity. The blend is 100 % Chardonnay.
Winemaking & Aging
Hand-harvested grapes with meticulous sorting. Gentle pressing preserves aromatic purity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and French oak barrels under controlled temperatures for delicate aromatics and smooth texture. Aged on fine lees with light bâtonnage, with a measured proportion of new oak to enhance structure without overpowering fruit expression.
Food Pairings
Perfect with seafood (oysters, shellfish), grilled or sauced fish, crustaceans, creamy risottos, creamy poultry dishes or soft cheeses. Serve between 50–54 °F (10–12 °C).
