Nose: generous and expressive, offering ripe black fruits (blackberry, cassis), juicy plum, violets characteristic of Malbec, with hints of sweet spice, licorice and delicate toasted notes.
Palate: broad and structured, with a fresh, bold entry leading to dense, velvety texture. Ripe, well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity bring tension and length. The finish is persistent with vibrant dark fruit.

Winemaking & Aging
Hand-harvested grapes are rigorously sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks with managed macerations to optimize aromatic and tannic extraction. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, including a portion of new wood, adding complexity and structure without overpowering fruit expression.
Food Pairings
Perfect with grilled red meats, beef fillet, roasted lamb, pepper steak, Argentine empanadas, or rich stews. Serve at 60–64 °F (16–18 °C). Light decanting is recommended to fully open its aromatic profile.
