Assembling the different soils of the entire Central Valley of Chile, this Chardonnay 120 from Santa Rita is the very expression of the wines of this varietal produced in Chile. The color of the dress is lime green with a yellow tinge, and the nose delivers aromas of apple, tangerine zest and ripe melon. It is a refreshing and lively wine on the palate, with a sweet and clean finish.
The advice of 12bouteilles: To drink now and within 2 years, this Chardonnay is very fresh, around 10°C. Open at the time of the tasting, it is sufficient to itself as an aperitif but will also accompany perfectly shellfish or pasta "alle Vongole".
