Santa Rita 120 Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

The Santa Rita 120 Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 is a beautiful, sun-drenched grape wine with excellent value for money! At 12bouteilles.com, we love the wines of Santa Rita! The estate is located in Chile and produces artisanal wines of excellent quality, it is also one of the most admired and innovative areas of Chile.
The "120" wine series was named after the historic event of 1814 when 120 soldiers took refuge in the cellars of Santa Rita during Chile's war of independence. These wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and bottled early to preserve the fruity and natural flavors of each variety. The 120 wines are young, fresh and fruity, elegant and perfectly balanced with good acidity.
This Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 is adorned with an intense red color with purple highlights. The nose offers notes of red and black fruits, as well as notes of typically Cabernet spices! Aromas of vanilla, girole nails and tobacco are also present in this vintage 2013. In the mouth, the tannins are soft, elegant and smooth, it is a deep wine, round with a well balanced length. The finish is fresh, fruity and juicy ...
The screw cap, extremely practical, allows to keep it a little after opening.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve between 16°C and 18°C. Delicious as an aperitif, this wine goes well with Beef with vegetables and spicy sauce.
