Cuvée Bin 389 comes from several regions of Australia McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Padthaway, Wrattonbully and Coonawarra.
Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, it is the most powerful expression, intensely flavored and structured, resulting in a unique Australian style that is now recognized as one of the best wines in the world.
Made from a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon and 47% Shiraz, Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2018 vintage is adorned with a deep garnet color.
The nose expresses fruity aromas (blueberries and blackcurrant) with notes of vanilla and herbs of Provence.
In the mouth, the attack is medium-bodied, the wine reveals complex flavors of black and blue fruits. The tannins are refreshing and perfectly integrated.
