Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the wonders of the Australian Penfolds Estate. First produced in 1990, this Australian red wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is inspired by the Bin 707 but is more accessible while retaining structure and depth of flavour.

Nose: Reveals aromas of red and white flesh fruits (plum) and woody. There are also notes of herbs (sage) and spices.
The palate: A balanced mouth, with notes of red fruit and plum combined with a chocolate flavour. Finally the tannins are fine and round
The advice of 12bouteilles: Already very good today, Bin 407 Cabernet Shiraz 2018 will assert itself even more with time, until 2037.
