Paul Jaboulet Ainé - Saint Joseph, Le Grand Pompée 2015 Rouge

Rhone Valley - Saint-Joseph - Red Wine -

Le Grand Pompée 2015 is a red wine produced in the Rhône Valley by Paul Jaboulet Aîné.

Since January 2006, the house is managed by the Frey family, winemaker champenois and owner of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux.

Appellation St. Joseph, this 2015 vintage adorns a robe of a deep ruby with purple hues. Rich and concentrated, the nose expresses gourmet aromas of ripe red fruits with hints of sweet spices and a hint of liquorice. In the mouth, the tannins are present, of a beautiful roundness. The whole is harmonious with a fresh and mineral finish.

The advice of 12bouteilles: The Grand Pompée 2015 is ready to drink, however you can keep it until 2026. To serve between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, we advise you to decant at least an hour. This wine goes well with red and white meats.
