Paul Jaboulet Ainé - Croze Hermitage, Domaine de Thalabert 2013

Rhone Valley - Côtes du Rhône - Red Wine -

Domaine de Thalabert 2013 is a gourmet red wine from the Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné, produced in the prestigious Crozes Hermitage appellation. The vineyard of the appellation extends over 11 communes of the Drôme, on the left bank of the Rhone.

Located in the terraced pebble terraced area, on approximately 40 hectares, the Domaine de Thalabert is owned by Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné since 1834, it is also the oldest vineyard of the appellation.

This 100% Syrah grape wine is adorned with a beautiful deep ruby color. The nose, mineral and of great aromatic complexity, releases aromas of black berries, incense and spices. On the palate, the attack is juicy and supple with black and blue fruit flavors. The finish is long and spicy with tannins well present with slight hints of liquorice.

The advice of 12bouteilles: with a shelf life of 8 to 20 years, Domaine de Thalabert 2013 is to taste around 16-18 ° C with a rack of lamb with vegetables for a perfect match.
