Rhone Valley - Hermitage - Red Wine -Hermitage, la Maison Bleue 2014 is the second wine of the house Paul Jaboulet Ainé famous vineyard of the Rhone Valley. This is the new name of the petite chapelle, historical cuvée of the house, renamed in homage to the building on the plot
Made from 100% Syrah vines from 40 to 60 years old, the Maison Bleue is a complex wine that takes its name from the small winemaker's house owned by the Jaboulet family located in the heart of the low walls.
The Maison Bleue 2014 is adorned with a vigorous purple-colored dress with ruby highlights.
The nose presents aromas of black raspberries, licorice and smoky earth, typical notes of the Hermitage.
Rich, ripe, supple and open, this legendary vintage has a full-bodied, moderately sweet palate with polished tannins.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Of good guard, this Hermitage will be able to be appreciated now after more than 10 years in cellar. Serve with a duck breast with cherries or a quail stuffed with foie gras, at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
