Paul Jaboulet Ainé - Cornas « Les Grandes Terrasses » 2013
Rhone Valley - Cornas - Red Wine -Cornas "Les Grands Terrasses" 2013 is a great red wine made by Paul Jaboulet Aîné, a famous vineyard in the Rhône Valley.
Cornas "Les Grandes Terrasses" owes its name to very steep terraces supported by low walls and overlooking the Rhone Valley.
This 2013 vintage, 100% Shiraz, is adorned with a beautiful deep ruby color.
The nose is a complex and powerful bouquet with aromas of blackberries, blueberries, flower candies with a smoky mineral side and a hint of freshly ground pepper.
Harmonious and sweet on the palate, it releases flavors of black berries and fruit cake with a touch of smoke in the finish. With aeration, discrete tannins and an olive nuance with more spicy notes.
A great wine all in length and smooth.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Les Grands Terrasses 2013 reveals a great aging potential, from 5 to 15 years old. Serve it between 16 ° C and 18 ° C with a pearl mallard supreme for a perfect match.
